Executive Summary 
Personal Enrichment through Mental Health Services, Inc.provides behavioral health services to youth and adults through emergency services, inpatient, residential and outpatient programs.  An emergency mental health walk in clinic, Family Emergency Treatment Center, is located in St. Petersburg. The Agency is licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration, funded in part by the Department of Children and Families and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of HealthCare Organizations.  We refer clients to the Free Clinic or Mobile Medical van - most of our clients are indigents.  Medical Services are available on an inpatient basis and use of the ER for those we are unable to handle.
